Time Line Therapy(TM) has evolved from the fields of Ericksonian Hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). It was developed more than 25 years ago by leading Master NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner Dr Tad James.
Your personal Time Line is how you unconsciously store your memories and it works on the principle of a gestalt. A Gestalt is a collection of memories tied to significant emotional events, which are all linked together. Some of the major negative emotions that are addressed include: anger, sadness, fear, hurt or guilt etc. Limiting beliefs (for example 'no one will ever love me' or 'I am not good enough') can also be effectively removed with Time Line Therapy (TM).
Time Line Therapy(TM) involves working consciously with your unconscious mind, as lasting change will only occur at the unconscious level. By addressing the root cause of an issue (from its first significant event), you have the opportunity to quickly eliminate the attached negative emotions or limiting beliefs. Once you give yourself the chance to let go of all the unwanted emotions and limiting beliefs you will feel free and empowered to achieve your full potential.
