Format: 90-minute guided practice with simple standing and gentle forms, breathwork, and a short closing integration. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
Investment: AU$250 for a 10-session block (incl. GST). Equivalent to $25 per class.
Payment: All sessions are pre-paid and processed online via the Mindful Impact Wellness Hub.
